PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change a position of a flange on an outer circumference of a pipe, and provide a pipe having such the flange at low cost. SOLUTION: A plate body 12 of a ring shape is fitted on an outer surface of a pipe body 11. A plurality of set screws 21 are provided in a circumferential direction so as to fix the plate body 12 to the outer circumference of the pipe body 11, and a sealing material 20 for sealing between the plate body 12 and the pipe body 11 is provided.
