PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave amplifier circuit, a microwave amplification device and a distortion compensation circuit which can adjust gain deviation. SOLUTION: This microwave amplifier circuit 1 is equipped with transistors 6, 8 and 10 and circuit parts 12, 14, 16 and 18. The circuit part 14 has one end connected electrically with a first current terminal of the transistor 6 and the other end connected electrically with a control terminal of a transistor 8, and includes an impedance means 20a for providing variable impedance between the one end and the other end. The circuit part 16 has one end connected electrically with a first current terminal of a transistor 8 and the other end connected electrically with a control terminal of the transistor 10, and includes an impedance means 20b for providing variable impedance between the one end and the other end.
