PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a closed water area such as a marsh and a basin in an excellent natural environment without much facility cost or maintenance cost. SOLUTION: In this water pollution preventive structure 1 of the closed water area, a porous pipe 4 as a water replenishing means is embedded so that a water permeable ground area 3 comprising a sand layer below the closed water area 2 such as the marsh and the basin formed on the ground surface is interposed.
