PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install control parts 7a1, 7a2, 7a3 and 7a4 for partially changing the tangential velocity of reverse yarn rotated by a rotating air flow at a tip part 7a of a hollow guide shaft member 7 in a spinning apparatus having a spinning member U composed of a nozzle member N for producing the rotating air flow and a nonrotating hollow guide shaft member S. SOLUTION: Since control parts for partially changing the tangential velocity of the reverse yarn rotated by the rotating air flow are installed on the outer peripheral surface of the tip part of the hollow guide shaft member, the tangential velocity of the reverse yarn rotating in the circumferential direction can be changed. Consequently, fluffs of spun yarn produced are increased and a soft spun yarn having a great number of fluffs can be produced without decreasing tenacity of formed spun yarn.
