SPINNING OIL FOR SYNTHETIC FIBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning oil for synthetic fibers capable of bringing a stable operation for a long time without generating tar and scum in a false twist processing of either one type of a hot plate-contact heating type or a non-contact heating type by radiant heat high temperature heater. SOLUTION: This spinning oil for synthetic fibers satisfies ineqaualities (1) 10<=T<=22 and (2) 0<=Re<=0.25, wherein T (mN/m) expresses the surface tension after standing for 1 hour at 220 deg.C and Re (wt.%) expresses % of residue after standing for 24 hours at 400 deg.C.
