PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning nozzle capable of efficiently producing a fiber bundle of an acrylonitrile-based precursor in high productivity, and further to provide a wet spinning method by using the nozzle. SOLUTION: This spinning nozzle for spinning a fiber bundle of an acrylonitrile-based precursor is obtained by arranging six or more nozzle hole blocks having nozzle holes arranged in rectangular shapes so as to have >=2/mm2 density of the nozzle holes, so that gaps of >=1.5 mm may be formed between the long sides of the neighboring nozzle hole blocks, and has >=6,000 total number of the nozzle holes. When wet-spinning an acrylonitrile-based polymer by using the nozzle, the nozzles are set in a coagulation bath so that the short sides (b) of the group of the rectangular nozzle hole blocks may be in the horizontal state, and the acrylonitrile-based polymer is wet-spun by using dimethylacetamide as a solvent for the acrylonitrile-based polymer, and setting the concentration of the dimethylacetamide in the dimethylacetamide-water coagulation bath so as to be 60-75 wt.%.
