摘要

Rapamycin compounds of formula 1, 2 and 3 are disclosed. These compounds are useful in the preparation of medicaments for inhibiting restenosis, immune and autoimmune diseases, post-transplant-tissue transplant rejection, fungal growth, and cancer.
