PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cantilever supported toner carrying screw formed by a metallic mold even when the ratio of an outside diameter to length is made small, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This cantilever supported toner carrying screw is provided with a spiral screw part 10 having no shaft part, a rotary shaft for cantilever supporting 11 provided at the shaft part of one end of the screw part 10 and at least one bridging parts 13a to 13d bridging between the adjacent spirals of the screw part 10. The bridging parts 13a to 13d may be removed later. In the case of forming the screw, resin is injected by providing a gate between an injection point 12 and the bridging parts 13a to 13d. |
