PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install an elastic body facilitating removal of a battery pack. SOLUTION: A mounting part 3 formed in the lower end of a handle 1 is provided with a bottom plate 4 and a pair of guide rails 5 and 5 positioned on the left and right sides below the bottom plate 4, respectively. On the opposite side faces of the guide rails 5 and 5, extension parts 6 and 6 are extended, and insertion passages 7 and 7 each allowing insertion of a slide rail on the battery pack side are formed between the extension parts 6 and 6 and the bottom plate 4. On the rear side of each insertion passage 7, coil springs 8 are housed respectively along the insertion passages 7.
