PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile terminal that can obtain confirmation by the user and conduct ring-type multi-address transmission, without having to stop transfer at night. SOLUTION: When the ring-type multi-address transmission in which received facsimile information is transferred to succeeding destinations, the succeeding destinations are registered in advance, automatic transfer is set in a time zone centered around nighttime and the manual transfer is set in time zones other than the above time zone. In the case of receiving the ring-type multi-address transmission in the time zone set to the manual transfer, a bell rings for six seconds, to inform a user about the request of the ring type multi-address transmission.
