PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope by which the number of grounding cables is suppressed and also the electrostatic breakdown of a sample to be tested is surely prevented. SOLUTION: In this microscope, plural units are attached to a body unit constituting a microscope body, and are electrically connected to the grounding cables, and at least two units has the conductivity of mutually different performance. Thus, an electrostatic breakdown preventive function is imparted to the microscope.
