PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the durability of a radiation image conversion panel during transportation without lowering the elastic modulus of a phosphor layer. SOLUTION: In the radiation image conversion panel comprising at least support and the phosphor layer provided on the support, the phosphor layer contains at least one kind of surfactant selected from the group consisting of amine surfactants, polycarboxylic acid surfactants and sodium taurate fats and oils, a coupler, and a phosphor.
