PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic shielding/absorbing board which can reduce multiple reflection of electromagnetic waves without marring electromagnetic reflecting properties. SOLUTION: Electromagnetic shielding material-containing gypsum 2 is obtained by mixing a fibrous or granular electrically conductive material in gypsum as aggregate, and an electrically conductive fiber mesh 4 as an electromagnetic shielding member is buried in the electromagnetic shielding material- containing gypsum 2, to thereby produce a gypsum wall board. Further, surface finishing materials 3 are attached to the gypsum wall board, and an electromagnetic absorbing member 5 consisting of a plurality of patterned antenna elements 5a which each have an antenna length corresponding to specific frequency is arranged on a rear surface of one of the surface finish materials 3.
