METHOD FOR DIVIDING YARN IN SECTIONAL WARPER AND DIVIDING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the simplest method for arranging cold loops around divided and opened warps. SOLUTION: The dividing apparatus is provided with an introducing member having the 1st mobile guide arm 26 and the 2nd stationary guide arm 27 for inserting a divided cord loop in warps opened by a sectional warper. Free ends 29,31 of two guide arms are connected with each other by a pincer-like motion. The connected arms form a pipe acting as a flow channel. A divided cord is drawn from a bobbin chamber 28 by the aid of a pneumatic conveyor 35. The divided cord is arranged in the form of loops around the divided warps positioned between two guide arms. The cord loop is tied with a tying device. The connected cord loops are arranged by a suction device or a blower and stretched in a manner to be supported on at least one of the divided and opened warps or warp webs.
