PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a free-size swimming cap (one size fits all) that can be put on anybody with only one size in disregard of the difference of the head size in the wearers and of long hairs and short-cut hairs. SOLUTION: The main body of the cap is formed in such a large size enough to wholly wrap in the long hair and linking belts are extended backward from some at least both the left and right sides of the periphery of the opening of the cap main body and the means for linking both of the linking belts mutually in an arbitrary length in order to narrow the periphery of the opening of the main body of the cap at least at the back half zone from the full opening to an optional tightness.
