PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital signal processing circuit which processes information on plural channels by employing a different sampling frequency, has a simple constitution and conducts a high frequency sampling. SOLUTION: An analog/digital or a digital/analog converting means successively converts two channel analog signals or digital data into digital data or analog signals in accordance with a sampling clock. During high sampling operations, the sampling clock is set to a frequency which is higher than a normal sampling frequency and the duty ratio is set to a duty ratio in which sampling is made possible for one of the two channel digital data. |
