PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-reducing dielectric ceramic which hardly varies in characteristics, deteriorates less in insulation resistance and dielectric loss even if it undergoes baking in a neutral or reducing atmosphere, and is excellent in reliability both in a high-temperature load life test and in a moisture-resistant load test even if a ceramic capacitor is reduced in thickness so as to be decreased in size and improved in capacity and a laminated ceramic capacitor. SOLUTION: A non-reducing dielectric ceramic includes contains a perovskite crystalline phase as a main component, containing composite oxides, and when the non-reducing dielectric ceramic is represented by a formula, (Ca1-a-b-cSraBabMgc)m (Zr1-w-x-y-zTiwMnxNiyHfz)O3, a, b, c, m, w, x, y, and z are so set as to meet a certain range of value, respectively. On an X-ray diffraction chart using CuK α-rays, the maximum peak intensity of a dissimilar crystalline phase amounts to 5% or less of that of the perovskite crystalline phase appearing at 2 θ=25 to 35 deg.. |
