PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode plate for battery, and a battery using the electrode plate that has a structure which does not easily generate floating or separation from the core material of current collector at the painting start portion of the electrode mixture. SOLUTION: On one face 1a of the core material 1 of the current collector of a metal sheet, an electrode mixture portion 2, which is made by drying and hardening of an active material applied intermittently, is formed, and on the other face 1b of the current collector core material 1, an electrode mixture portion 2 which is made by drying and hardening of an active material applied by establishing its painting start position at 3 mm or more apart from the painting finish point 2b toward the painting start position of the electrode mixture portion 2 on the one face 1a, and by establishing its painting finish point 2b to coincide with the painting start position 2a of the electrode mixture portion 2 on the one face 1a, is formed. |
