PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology capable of communication connection switching, with which online system stop is not recognized by an opposite system. SOLUTION: Concerning the online processing method for performing switching from an active online system to a reserve online system, this method has a step for suppressing transmitting from the active online system, step for temporarily suppressing receiving from the opposite system, step for switching communication with the opposite system from the active online system to the reserve online system, step for starting transmitting from the reserve online system, and step for canceling the suppression of receiving from the opposite system.
