PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus having a display means capable of displaying information in a manner as to make the information easily recognizable by a viewing person while having compact constitution. SOLUTION: The symbols, characters or pictorial symbols A to G which typify plural photographic functions, i.e., correspond to photographic modes are indicated in a black frame 20a of a main body 20 of a camera and display patterns Pa to Pg analogous with the plural symbols, characters or pictorial symbols A to G are displayed in a liquid crystal monitor 4 in correspondence to the symbols, characters or pictorial symbols A to G in proximity thereto and therefore the visibility is made higher than by displaying the indices T of the same triangular shapes in correspondence to the symbols, characters or pictorial symbols A to G displayed on the camera side like in the prior art, by which the possibility of mistaking the indices is suppressed.
