PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems with the conventional documents in the public windows, etc., which have the possibility of the personal information stated on their surfaces being peeped into and are heretofore attempted to cover the statement surfaces with plastic, resin films, etc., formed to a rugged form on their surfaces but since the surfaces are formed rugged, the dirt sticking thereto is hardly removed by wiping and the copying of the stated contents is heretofore difficult as the light projected by a copying machine is irregularly reflected by the ruggedness on the surfaces of the films or the sheets. SOLUTION: The top of the statement surfaces is covered by the film or sheet which is formed by providing the high-polymer resin film or sheet with crazes to have the selectivity of visual fields, by which the peeping in of the statement contents is prevented. Since the surface of the film or the sheet is flat, the light projected in copying is less irregularly reflected and the copying is made possible without peeling or removing the film or the sheet on the statement.
