PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the durability of accessory members for rolling bearing such as a seal plate and a seal ring manufactured by sticking an elastic member made of nitrile butadiene rubber on a metallic core by a thermosetting adhesive and an encoder for detecting a rotation condition, against the alkali environment. SOLUTION: Thermosetting adhesive bonding the metallic core 14 constituting the seal ring 13 and the elastic member 15 mutually so as to prevent their separation is heated twice, namely, at the time of vulcanizing molding and secondary heating and is hardened. After heating the thermosetting adhesive by vulcanizing and molding the elastic member 15, while the thermosetting adhesive adheres to a part where the elastic member 15 is stuck to a surface of the core unit 14, it is heated secondarily. As a result, the thermosetting adhesive is sufficiently hardened, and adhesion is not easily reduced even in an alkali environment.
