PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a main-entrance floor panel allowing the floor of a main entrance to be easily constructed, a building unit with a building and the main entrance, fitted with the main-entrance floor panel, and the building unit with a balcony. SOLUTION: The main-entrance floor panel 4 is composed of a main-entrance floor board 41 and fixtures 43 and 44 mounted on the floor board 41. A reinforcing member 42 is installed within the floor panel 41 in such a condition as to pass through from one side to the other. The floor panel 4 is laid from side to side in such a condition as not to contact the ground, and the fixtures 43 and 44 are coupled to a floor structural member 5.
