PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cylindrical knit fabric structure having a high density of the knit fabric, capable of maintaining a hollow shape such as a circular, an elliptical, a triangular or a square shape, homogeneous in the whole structure and further having porosity (air permeability) and good dimensional stability with a moderate freedom of bending. SOLUTION: This microporous knit fabric structure having the high density of the knit fabric is a knit fabric having the high density of the knit fabric composed of fiber yarns and capable of forming and maintaining a hollow cross-sectional shape (cylindrical shape), homogeneous in the whole structure and having porosity and a moderate freedom of bending with moderate flexibility possessed thereby.
