The control device for controlled actuation of an element such as pyrotechnic charge (118) actuated by contact, push or percussion, comprises a housing (83), an actuation element in the form of a crasher (136) with the guiding means in the form of a membrane (135) and the control means including a chamber (137) and sealing elements including a stopper (102) and a ring (106) for holding the element (118) in a position shifted with respect to a predetermined position of actuation, as long as the fluid pressure in the chamber is below a predetermined safety threshold. The periphery (134) of the membrane (135) is held by the housing (83) so that the crasher (136) follows an axis (84); the membrane is in a stable configuration when convex opposite to the element (118), and can pass into another configuration, that is for actuation, when convex to the element (118), by an elastic deformation with the accumulation of restitution energy when the fluid pressure in the chamber exceeds the threshold value. The element (118) is in the form of a pyrotechnic charge, and also in the form of electrical contacts or an element sensitive to pressure. The device also comprises an external source of fluid under pressure, a duct (7) for connection to the chamber, and the control means including a valve for opening the duct when the fluid pressure exceeds the threshold value. The stopper (102) can be displaced inside the housing (83) from the position of closed duct (7), to the position of open duct by the pressure of fluid in the duct bringing the element (118) into the position of actuation. The locking means in the form of a pin (110) for locking the stopper (102) in the closed position can be unlocked manually by removing the pin, and the position of stopper relative to the housing can be seen by the projection of rod (107). The source of fluid under pressure is a controlled pyrotechnic gas generator. The device contains two or more gas generators, which are mutually independent and connected in parallel, with separate valves in connecting ducts. The pyrotechnic device comprises a pyrotechnic cord for cutting the glass roof, and a device for the control of actuation which comprises the proposed device.
