Then, the service supporting device 100 receives and stores the substitute component information transmitted form the evaluating company terminal equipment 200c, and transmits the received and stored substitute component information in response to a transmission request from a service company terminal equipment 200a. Thus, it is possible to support a service for substituting a certain component not with the same component but with a higher spec electronic component. |
