PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction information transfer system used between transaction dealers, easy to introduce at a low cost, and requiring little time and labor for maintenance and management. SOLUTION: Commodity order information is transferred by an electronic mail from a sender connected to an electric communications network by an electric communication terminal and capable of transmitting the electronic mail to a receiver connected to the electronic communications network by an electronic communication terminal and capable of receiving the electronic mail from the sender in this transaction information transfer system. The sender inputs order information to an order management ledger of a table format to generate transmission data, converts the generated transmission data into the electronic mail of a text format with a transmission side data converting means, and transmits it. The receiver converts the received electronic mail of the text format into order data with a reception side data converting means and directly inputs the order data to an order reception management ledger of the table format. |
