<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the surface structure of a transparent electrode in the structure of a power generating element, in which a high open voltage can be obtained by suppressing defects in a power generating film, its forming method, a solar cell having such an element structure, and to provided its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In the transparent electrode of a power generation element for generating power by making the light from the transparent electrode side incident on a power generating film, bonded tightly to a transparent electrode film, and the transparent electrode film bonded tightly to the power generating film is set as an irregular surface of such a structure as an aggregate of irregular structures.</p> |
