PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple, general purpose simulation system for vehicles capable of simulating the steering reaction from a road surface in a real traveling vehicle by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The relation between the change of load Wa for pressing right and left wheels fitted to a steering device of a steering simulator to a loading surface without rotating these wheels around their axles and the change of steering torque Ta following the change of the load Wa is stored. A correction value is calculated so that the relation between a value obtained by converting self-aligning torque calculated in accordance with a signal generated by the input part of a driving simulator and a setting condition including load shared by both wheels into the torque around the steering center of the steering device and the correction value of the load shared by both wheels corresponds to the stored relation. When the right and left wheels are pressed to the loading surface, load corresponding to the correction value is applied as the load correlated to steering reaction whose transmission is simulated by the driving simulator.
