PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproduction performance measuring device which can automatically measure the reproduction performance of a disk player with a simple constitution and also can quantitatively grasp the reproduction performance from the measurement result. SOLUTION: The reproduction performance measuring device A is provided with a decoder 7 which fetches and decodes the RF or EFM signals of a disk player, a D/A converter 8 which converts the decoded digital signals into analog signals, a distortion factor measurement part 9 which measures the distortion factor of test disk reproduction signal outputted from the converter 8 and a display part 11 which displays the data on reproduction performance according to the measured distortion factor.
