PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thin device for performing loading of a disk on a turntable by making a clamp release mechanism planar. SOLUTION: A clamper 15 is supported on the rear surface of the top plate part of a covering member by a clamper support member 123. A clam release member 130 is turnably supported on the rear surface of the top plate part of the covering member. A second slide plate 110 slides in an X2 direction, so that the clamp release member 130 turns along the rear surface of the top plate part of the covering member, a fork part 130a enters into the clamper support member 123 from a lateral direction, to push up the clamper 15, the clamper 15 is separated from the turntable 14 and the clamp of the disk is released.
