SOLUTION: The display part is divided into first display area for displaying a measuring amount of a prescribed value or less, or a value smaller than the prescribed value, and the second display area for displaying the measuring amount of the prescribed value or more, or a value larger than the prescribed value, and the display part is operated to make a display response speed in the first display area get slower than that in the second display area.
