PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-way control valve with a valve core to reduce the number of ports by causing a valve port to also serve as a service port and have a function of a conventional three-way control valve decreased in the processing cost. SOLUTION: The two-way control valve with a valve core is formed such that a first piping port 1, a second piping port 2, and a valve port 3 to open and close the first and second piping ports are provided, a valve rod 5 to open and close a primary valve 1a situated at the first piping port is situated on the valve port side, a flow passage 7 starting from the valve port and communicating with the second piping port is formed in the valve rod, and a valve core 6 for a refrigerant charge or an air purge is mounted in the flow passage.
