PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary valve-containing butterfly valve capable of easily and securely conducting fine adjustment to an installation position of a uniaxial drive reducer to a stand even when seating improperness is recognized, and properly correcting seating. SOLUTION: An auxiliary valve element 3 is contained in a main valve element 2 contained in a valve body 1. A tip part of a main shaft 4 connected to the main valve element 2 and a tip part of an auxiliary shaft 14 rotatably inserted into the main shaft 4 are inserted into a uniaxial drive reducer 17 detachably fastened to a stand 16 installed on the valve body 1 by a fastening means 18 through the stand 16 and reduction-drivably connected. A fastening means movement permitting part 22 comprising plural slits in which the fastening means 18 is inserted is provided on an upper end flange part 16B, and a rotation mechanism 23 is provided for rotating the uniaxial drive reducer 17 around an axial line C of the main shaft 4 straddling the upper flange part 16B and a lower flange part 17A of the uniaxial drive reducer 17.
