PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric bicycle parking device less in number of parts, simple in structure, reliable in storage operation, and excellent in maintainability. SOLUTION: This electric bicycle parking device comprises a fixed frame 3 fixed to the upper part of a column 2 a movable frame 4 slidably and tiltably installed on the fixed frame 3, and an electric drive device linked with the movable frame 4, and is so formed that a bicycle is received into the movable frame 4. The fixed frame 3 is extended, in downwardly tilted state, from the front end part on the column side to the rear end part, and the electric drive device is connected to the front side part of the movable frame 4 through a drive transmitting member 6. When the bicycle is stored, the movable frame 4 is raised by the electric drive device through the drive transmitting member 6 and, when the bicycle is taken out, the movable frame 4 is slid by the self- weight thereof, and then moved aslant downward.
