PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a music delivering system in which broadcasting music is simply ordered. SOLUTION: An originator of an order generates ordering data 18 which specify contents of broadcasting and transmits the data to a music delivering device through a communication network. The device retrieves a program DB12 and a retrieval DB13 by the data, extracts music data from a music DB14 and delivers the data to the delivery destination through the network. Specifications of the contents of the broadcasting are made up with the combination of the name of a broadcasting station and the time of the broadcasting, the name of the program, the name of CM and the name of a singer. Thus, no investigation for the name of a music is required. Moreover, the system is used as a presenting scheme of a music by specifying the delivery destination of the music. |
