SOLUTION: This system has a user terminal 5 connected to a network 1, a plurality of service providing servers 2 connected to the network 1 for providing services to users, service management database 4 storing service management information containing the utilization conditions of services to be offered by the service providing servers 2, and service management server 3 for managing access from the user terminal 5 to the service management database 4. |
