PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationally and properly evaluate a fuel consumption even when conditions as to a vehicle are different respectively, and conduct effective guidance and advice for enhancing the fuel consumption in its turn. SOLUTION: An evaluation value is calculated by multiplying or dividing a specific fuel consumption which is a value provided by dividing a traveling distance by a consumed fuel amount by an added numerical value provided by numerizing a fixed data such as a vehicle type and a running data such as a carrying capacity of a load to sum up their one-portions or the all thereof, alteratively by adding or substracting the added numerical value to/from the specific fuel consumption, and the evaluation value is displayed on a display.
