PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic damper to reduce the occurrence of a change of a resonance frequency even in case of application to a rotary shaft having unevenness in press fitting in the rotary shaft and slightly different in diameter. SOLUTION: The dynamic damper comprises a cylindrical mass fitting; a pair of cylindrical elastic substance fixing parts 13 having an inside diameter lower than the inside diameter of a mass member coaxially disposed away by a given distance externally from opposite ends in its axial direction; and a pair of cylindrical elastic substance arm parts 14 to intercouple the mass fitting and the fixing part along a whole periphery in a peripheral direction. A boundary part 15 between the inner peripheral surface of the elastic substance fixing part and the inner peripheral surface of the elastic substance arm part are situated at the outside of the opposite end parts in an axial direction of the mass fitting and forms an inclination part spreading in a funnel-form state toward the opposite end parts of the mass fitting from the boundary part. The boundary part forms an edge with a radius curvature of 1 mm or less. Further, the inner peripheral surface of the elastic substance arm part forms a curved part 14a recessed toward the outside based on an axis.
