PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method for a panel for repairing concrete in which a manufacturing process is simplified and manufacturing cost is reduced. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method for the panel for repairing concrete in which through-holes are formed of ribs having a longitudinal sectional shape towards the internal and external surfaces of the panels, molds M1 with projecting sections forming the through-holes and groove sections forming the ribs and molds M2 at fixed intervals to the projecting sections of the molds M1 are faced oppositely to constitute cavities, and the insides of the cavities are supplied with a sheet molding compound or a bulk molding compound and the molding compound is molded and cured under heating and pressure and the bottomed panel is obtained. Bottomed resin sections closing the through-holes are cut in one planes. 1a: the projecting section, 1b: the groove section, 1c: a low height projecting section, 1d: a pin, 2a: an indentation, 2b: a projecting strip section, M1: a bottom force and M2: a top force.
