PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain both a fiber structure mixed with a kapok seed hair fiber having excellent fastness to light and degree of whiteness, lightweight, improved heat retaining properties, hygroscopic property and feeling free from a problem of dyeing and finishing even in mixing a fiber structure, for example, a yarn, a fabric such as a woven or knit fabric, etc., with a kapok seed hair fiber such as a kapok fiber, etc., and a clothing product composed of the same. SOLUTION: This fiber structure comprises >=about 20 mass % of mixed kapok seed hair fiber and has <=about 1.5 mass % lignin residual ratio in the fiber structure.
