SOLUTION: The active material of the positive electrode 1 is comprises of a mixture of LiMn2O4, which is obtained by mixing a certain amount of LiCoO2 (which is first obtained by mixing and heating lithium compound and cobalt compound) or a certain amount of LiNiO2 (which is obtained by mixing and heating lithium compound and nickel compound) with a certain amount of lithium compound and manganese compound mixed so as to have a lithium and manganese mol ratio of approximately 1:2, and then heat-treated in the oxidation atmosphere of 500 deg.C to 900 deg.C, and LiCoO2 or LiNiO2. |
