PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for supporting a system necessary for supporting a free agent system for allowing a staff to select a job optimal to the staff himself or herself by himself or herself, and to utilize his or her stored carrier for an organization. SOLUTION: In this method for supporting a free agent system for deciding the destination of personnel change based on a desired job intending for staffs whose managerial positions are a prescribed position or more among staffs whose ages are a prescribed age or more, information related with the staffs whose ages are the prescribed age or more and whose managerial positions are the prescribed position or more is extracted from staff information such as assignment, names, or ages stored in a storage means, and the report form of the staffs is displayed. The staffs are allowed to input desire information related with a job in a desire entry column included in the displayed report form an the desire information is stored. The stored desire information is outputted together with the staff information related with the staff. |
