PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide identification information or the like without carrying any physical medium such as a driver's license when the identification information is requested by a third organization. SOLUTION: This system is constituted by connecting a certifying organization 10 in which identification information or personal information is preliminarily registered, through a communication network 100, to a third organization 20 for searching the identification information or the personal information. When a third organization requests the identification information to the person himself or herself, the third organization performs access through the communication network to the certifying organization, and requests the notification of necessary information, the certifying organization retrieves the requested identification information or the like, and when the information is already registered, the organization notifies the third organization and the person himself/herself of the information. |
