PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for converting picture information into speech information permitting to listen to new music peculiar to the picture information at the time of watching the picture information. SOLUTION: A method for converting picture information into speech information, configured so as to create a musical piece peculiar to the picture information by sequentially applying a prescribed algorithm along the direction of a pre-defined certain time base 3 to each prescribed quantized information 2 of the individual pixels 1 of digitized picture information 100 composed of plural pixel groups 1 having a pre-determined quantity, converting the quantized information 2 of the individual pixels 1 into specific speech information, and thereby converting a part or the whole of the picture information into the speech information 200. |
