MACHINE TOOL MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance management system which can deliberately maintain and manage all machine tools arranged in a factory by centralizing and managing the lifes of consumption components. SOLUTION: Machine tools 21 and a managing device 20 are connected. The managing device 20 is equipped with a life decision part 92 which receives data regarding the operation states of respective driving mechanism parts from a controller 80 of each machine tool 21 and evaluates the degree of consumption of the driving mechanism part at any time according to the received data, a data storage part 91 which stores data regarding the degree of consumption evaluated by the life decision part 92 and output parts 93 and 95 which output information regarding the degree of consumption stored in the data storage part 91. The degrees of consumption of respective driving mechanism parts can be centralized and managed and a maintenance plan for all the machine tool can easily be made.
