<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently recycle unreacted neutralizers in a mixture collected by a dust collector, decompose DXN and the like containing fly ashes therein better than conventional methods and process exhaust gas with simple equip ment. SOLUTION: A duct collector 7A is divided into a preceding stage 7A1 and a subsequent stage 7A2 in the interior thereof, and a mixture collected in the preceding stage 7A1 is supplied to a collected mixture hopper 17 through a metering feeder 14, to a circulation duct 18a through a variable metering feeder 14a and then to an incinerator introducing route L3 by a blower 9a. Thereafter, the mixture in the preceding stage in the dust collector is introduced into a garbage incinerator 1A through a cooling air duct 4a and a combustion air duct 4b by a cooling blower 2 and a combustion blower 3, respectively.</p> |
