PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely obstruct the induction of electric discharge from a radiation image recording carrier to the outside through a cassette with simple constitu tion. SOLUTION: A flat plate 24 to be irradiated with radiation from outside is set at a three-layered structure which is provided with an outer carbon plate 28a and inner carbon plate 28b in correspondence to surfaces and is internally provided with an insulating sheet 30. The insulating sheet 30 is composed of material having insulation of >=5 kV.
