PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the thermal efficiency of a plant without wasting the partial steam of a boiler. SOLUTION: The boiler facility is provided with a water supply line 7 which supplies water to the boiler 6 from a water supply tank 9 and a sending-out line 10 which sends out steam from the boiler 6 through a mist separator 11 which separates droplets. The water supply tank 9 is provided with an introduction line 18 which introduces the droplets separated by means of the separator 11 to the water supply tank 9.
