PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traction driven type driving device of excellent rotational accuracy. SOLUTION: In this traction drive type driving device comprising a circumscribed shaft 11 disposed at the center, an intermediate shaft 23 with a first outside diameter part 23a circumscribed with the circumscribed shaft 11 and a second outside diameter part 23b having the outside diameter different from that of the first outside diameter part 23a integratedly concentric, a first inscription cylinder 33 with the first outside diameter part 23a of the intermediate shaft 23 inscribed therewith, and a second inscription cylinder 41 with the second circumscribed part 23b of the intermediate shaft 23 inscribed therewith, the first inscription cylinder 33 and the second inscription cylinder 41 are formed of double hollow rings, respectively, and inner rings 35 and 43 and outer rings 37 and 45 of the double hollow rings 33 and 41 are connected to each other by connection members 39 and 47.
